No Cash Refunds
All sales at Scovelle Luxe are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE BUYING AN ITEM THAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CASH.
Exchange Conditions
We only permit exchanges for items of equal or greater value (with the difference paid by the customer) within 24 hours of delivery. For an exchange to be processed, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- No makeup or perfume stains
- Original packaging intact
- Free from odors (smoke, etc.)
- Proof of purchase provided
Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and the exclusive nature of our collections, the following items are strictly non-exchangeable:
Process & Logistics
To initiate an exchange, please contact our concierge via WhatsApp immediately upon delivery.
The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item for exchange, as well as the delivery fee for the new item.
Items that do not meet our exchange criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense. Scovelle Luxe reserves the final right to determine if an item is eligible for exchange.
