Certified Delivery Partners
To ensure your luxury pieces reach you, Scovelle Luxe partners exclusively with certified third-party parcel courier services. All domestic and regional deliveries are handled by recognized professionals in the logistics industry.
Independent Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping and delivery fees are not included in the product purchase price. Delivery charges are determined and billed separately by the courier service provider based on your location and the weight of the parcel.
Payment for delivery must be settled directly with the courier provider at the time of delivery or as specified by their service terms.
Limitation of Liability
Upon handover of the package to the certified courier service, Scovelle Luxe is officially absolved of any and all liability regarding the shipment.
SCOVELLE LUXE SHALL NOT COMPENSATE, REFUND, OR REPLACE ANY ITEMS LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN WHILE IN THE CUSTODY OF THE COURIER SERVICE.
Any claims regarding lost or damaged parcels must be filed directly with the respective courier company. We strongly recommend that customers request insurance from the courier for high-value items.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Once processed, your package will be handed over to the courier. You will receive a notification (via WhatsApp or Email) containing your tracking details once the courier has accepted the parcel.
Regional & International Delivery
For deliveries outside of Nairobi, additional transit times apply. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Scovelle Luxe.
